Roman Casillas
My name is Roman Casillas, and I have been personal training for 3 years. I developed my passion for training others at the young age of 18. I have worked at multiple different gyms as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, and in the process I have racked up quite of bit of experience. So far I’ve worked with over 100 different clients in the past 3 years, and I have worked on helping them achieve a variety of unique goals.
I particularly specialize in weight loss, changing body composition, and overall wellness through physical activity and comprehensive nutrition. I am quite versatile, my degree emphasizes in sports science and have a very comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and physiology. I also have a very comprehensive understanding of Nutrition,
I take pride in what I do. I have 2 certifications including the NASM certified personal trainer, NASM certified nutrition coach, and I possess an A.S in Kinesiology. I am a third year student at OSU, and I will complete this program in 2025 to earn my B.S. in Kinesiology.
My training style follows current exercise literature strictly. I do not ever utilize “bro science” methodology nor misinformation. I stay on top of current research and focus training my clients with knowledge gained from peer reviewed case studies & meta analysis. I never incorporate superstitions, unverified training strategies, or advice from “TikTok get jacked in 3 minute” videos. This results in less overthinking and more results for all of my clients.
